Complete Hydraulic fork cartridge kit ( Cartridge, pumping rod, spring, fork cap) that completely replace all the existing fork internals

Fork cartridge cylinder 12mm in diameter in Alu AI 7075, with lapping and hard oxidation surface treatment.

Pumping rod 12mm in diameter n Alu AI 7075, with lapping and hard oxidation surface treatment.

Compression and rebound pistons 25mm in diameter, machined from Aluminium Billet, with it's own dedicated shim packs and supported by oilless slide bearings.

Adjustments

Spring Preload - Mounted on axial roller bearings, with specific clicks.

Rebound unit with specific clicks

Compression unit with specific clicks (complete valve set in place of the original)

Linear spring in Cr-Mb alloy steel with cataphoresis surface treatment, available in different rates, Dedicated for the different bike models and rider weight.

Bottom spacer available in different lengths, to fit correctly on the different fork models.

Easy to replace the hydraulic cartridge without demounting the fork.

All internal and external Alu components, anodic oxidation surface treatment.

Fork kit supplied with a bottle of specific fluid (Moterex Fork SAE 5W)
